Your brain processes the world in one of two ways. The way you actively train it to process or its natural passive process. The passive can be dangerous. For many of us, the passive process allows for negativity – a lot of guilt, anxiety, worry – ultimately fear, to rule our days and our nights. The good news is that if that sounds like you, you can retrain your brain. I know that passive voice. I lived with it for 34 years before I decided I wanted to think a new way.
If you raise your positivity level in the present, your energy, creativity, productivity and intelligence rises. Business outcome improves. For two years, I have been in the brain training game with Kelly Broadcasts America and Broadcast Love and I know that after a few weeks the habit starts to become your reality. And it feels a lot better than drowning in the fear. There is nothing more valuable to humanity than a more positive person that lives with care, despite the fear.
